Memorial Services for Mr. Salvatore T. Azzarelli, Jr., age 63 who passed away on April 1, 2016 will be on Saturday June 11, at 4:30pm at True Bethel Church located at 907 East Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY  14211. He was a giant in the Hammond organ community,nationally known for his incredible knowledge.  There will be a celebration of life later that day for friends and family at 7:00pm at Tralf Music Hall at 622 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 . Sal is survived by his wife, Claudia Lewis, two step-children, Erica Malinowski and Adam Malinowski, and two children of his heart, Melissa Todd, and William Todd. Also many cousins and dear friends.  Sal is preceded in death by his parents, Salvatore T. Azzarelli, Sr. and Mary Azzarelli. He will be deeply missed.
