Samuel Lawrence Lombardo

Samuel Lombardo 78, of Orlando, Florida passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023. Sam was born in San Pedro, Ca. Moved to Rochester, N.Y. for his first 7yrs and moved to North Miami Bch, Fl. where he grew up.

Sam entered into the Service of the U. S. Air Force in 1966 and was a Vietnam War Veteran.

Married 52 years, he is survived by his wife, Marcella (Mickie) Lombardo, loving son and daughter-in law, Samuel J and Camille Lombardo, cherished grandson, Caleb Lombardo; sisters in laws Harriet Bruegger and Patricia Ayala, Godson Robert Ayala, wife Shelia Ayala and their two daughters. Cousins from Rochester N.Y. Larry and Lisa Testa and their children Joe Testa, Jennell Testa and Alex Testa and Sam's beloved Aunt Connie Testa. He was never happier than when he was spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He was very active at his Church (Holy Name of Jesus in West Palm Beach) for over 15 years, being on the school board, Head Coach of the school's soccer team, the yearly church festival and an usher at the church. He was also very active with his son's travel soccer team for over 8 years.

Celebration Of Life on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the Orlando Chapel from 2-4pm.  Graveside to follow on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at 11am. In lieu of flowers family wishes donations be made to Wounded Warriors.
