Sandra Jean Sane Licata, 81

Sandra was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 30, 1938 to James (Harvey) and Elizabeth (Betty) Sane.

Dance was Sandra's first love. She studied ballet at Juilliard, toured with Music Carnival and danced in Broadway productions before marrying and starting a family with Louis Licata, Sr.

She reared her children as a single parent working 2 jobs in Northeast, Ohio. She developed a career in hotel and property management, which eventually resulted in her move to Naples, Florida where she forged many strong friendships and enjoyed a successful Real Estate career before finally retiring to Leesburg, Florida where she lived with her 2 favorite pets (dachshunds Mattie and Max – siblings) until they passed away at the ripe old ages of 15 and 16.

Sandra devoted her life to her two sons, Louis and Philip. Sandra's true nurturing personality blossomed through her relationships with her 8 grandchildren (Dominic Licata, Christine Mansfield, Jennifer Licata, Elisabeth Licata, Rebecca Licata, Benjamin Licata, Jonathan Licata and Sophia Licata). "Gram" also leaves behind 4 great grandchildren with another on the way (Lilliana, Elijah, Brodie, Adonis)

Funeral Mass Saturday 12/21 at 10am. Holy Rosary Church in Little Italy Cleveland, Ohio.
