Sharon Shawver 

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved wife and mother, Sharon Shawver, whose warmth, strength, kindness and endless love shaped our lives. Sharon Rayetta Shawver, 78, of Edgewater, Florida was born on February 24,1948, in Baltimore, Maryland to Raymond and Vella (Briggs) Chrislip. She was united in marriage to Fagg Shawver in Edgewater, Florida for 53 years and to this union, a son was born. Sharon brought joy to everyone around her and devoted herself to her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness that will never be forgotten. Sharon had a heart of service and worked in various service industries at a younger age until she established Shawver Cleaning Service to which she worked until retirement. She also possessed a deep-seated passion for animals and will be forever missed, dearly remembered and kept close in our hearts always.

Sharon passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach, in the presence of family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Vella (Briggs) Chrislip and younger brother Steven Chrislip. Sharon is survived by her loving husband Fagg Shawver, son Jay Shawver ; step-daughter Melissa Wilkinson and her family; brothers Terry and John Chrislip, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
