Shelley was born in Maquoketa, Iowa to Balire and Marcene Morehead. She is survived by her husband James, and Karen (Larry) Specht, Leonard (Mary Jane) Morehead, Terry Morehead, Christopher Alen Roling and Joseph Atthur Roling.
