Sherry O'Berry (1952-2025)

Sherry O'Berry, 72, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on April 7th, 2025.

Sherry was raised in Charlotte County, having moved here at the age of 15 with her parents, Gene and Shirley White, in 1967. She dedicated nearly 30 years of her life working at St. Joseph Hospital before transitioning to a role at Helgemo and Liou Pediatrics. She was deeply passionate about her work and cherished the people she had the privilege of working with.

Above all, Sherry was a devoted mother to two sons, Shane and Heath, and a loving grandmother to four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was known for her boundless care and love, always willing to do anything to support and help her family. Her loved ones hold her in the highest regard, and her absence will be felt deeply by all who knew her.

A burial service will be held on Friday, April 11th, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 27200 Jones Loop Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. Following the service, family and friends are invited to join for a gathering at Beef O'Brady's for anyone who wishes to meet and share memories.
