Shirley Frances Crouch, 63, passed away peacefully at the Halifax Hospice care center in Edgewater, Fl on October 4, 2017. She spend much of her life in Florida, though she was born in Norwich, CT. She is survived by her 2 adult children, Chris Crouch and Sydney Hudson, and 5 grandchildren. In lieu of a traditional service she requested her ashes be scattered in the presence of immediate family.
