Shirley Lee (Pence) Hollandsworth passed away at the age of 73 in Ocala, Florida.  She was born July 3, 1944 in Adams County, Ohio to the late Kenneth Pence, Sr. and Mary Jane (Cook) Rainwater.  Shirley is survived by her husband, Larry Hollandsworth; 3 daughters, Tammy (Keith) Thatcher of Winchester, OH, Lisa (David) Robinson of Hillsboro, OH and Tracy Stephens of Dayton, OH; 1 son, Tim Young (Teresa Sink) of Dayton, OH; 3 brothers, Larry Rainwater of Sardinia, OH, Ronnie Rainwater of Mt. Orab, OH and Steve (Waynette) Rainwater of West Union, OH; 2 sisters, Kathy (Tom) Brown of Seaman, OH and Angie (Darren) Osburn of Sabina, OH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Pence, Sr., mother, Mary Jane (Cook) Rainwater and 2 brothers, Michael and Tony Rainwater.  Shirley's wishes were to be cremated and having her ashes spread in the ocean.
