Shirley Ann Parsons passed away peacefully under Hospice care on Wednesday, July 19, 2023; due to complications from Multiple Myeloma. She was born on June 6, 1937 in Grassy Creek, NC. Shirley moved to Homosassa Springs in 2002 from South Florida. Shirley worked for Ford Finance and Centex Homes for 16 years. Shirley was a devoted wife; a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Shirley is preceded in death by sons Donald "Don" Butler and Jeffrey "Jeff" Butler.

Shirley is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years William "Bill" Parsons, Sons James "Mitch" Butler (Roxene), William "Travis" Parsons Jr. (Diedra), daughter in law Lisa Butler, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank UF Health Bone Marrow Transplant Unit for their care of Shirley over the last 15 years.

Family services will be private. Memorial contributions in Shirley's name may be made to HPH Hospice in Lecanto, FL or the charity of your choice.
