Shirley May West, 88 passed peacefully in her home with her children present on Friday May 1st 2026.

She was born in Trenton MI. on 07/26/1937 to Patrick and Helen Pattenaude. She Married Sheldon Grandville West Jr. on 09/05/1958 who was a retired railroad Switchman, from McCloth Steel Co.

Shirley May West was a beautiful lady. She was a past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star, a member of the VFW womens axillary, she also worked many years at Lawsons/Circle K convenience store, and a loving mother, a grandmother, a greatgrandmother. She loved gaming, bingo/slots and spending time with her family.

Shirley May West is survived by: Her daughters Kellie (Jay)Seagert, Mary West, Virginia West Grandchildren: Melisa (Eric) Moss, Steven (Rachel) Laboe, Shawn West (Laboe)

Great Grand Children: Annalyce, Amellya, Avery, Loyalty, Adonis, Amori, Jeremiah, Alonzo, Javon, Eliana.

Siblings: Gladys Jones,Gloria Beasley, Lucille Stuck, Albert (Elizabeth) Pattenaude, Betty (Aruther)Bentley, Delia Robinson, Linda (Clyde)Cossey, Mary (Joseph)Orta, Patty York.
