Sophia Loubier, 95, of Fort Myers, FL, passed into life with Christ on December 30, 2024. She was born on July 4, 1929, in Saskatchewan, Canada to parents Michael and Lena (Kostuchenko) Dobija. She worked as a clerk for the County Tax Collector.

Sophia was full of life and energy; she was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother; Sister, Aunt, Friend and Neighbor. She enjoyed her family making her house a home as well as crocheting and volunteering for the American Legion.

She is survived by her Daughter, Renee (Michael) Beuerlein of Fort Myers, FL; Son, Wayne (Ruth) Loubier of Fort Myers, FL; 5 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Evelyn (Vincent) Maglio of Fort Myers, FL; as well as many other loving friends and family members. She was proceeded in death by her Parents; Husband, Jean "John" Loubier; her identical twin, Marie Thurston; Brother, Peter; Sisters, Yvonne and Lillian.
