Stanley J. Kozlowski Jr., 86, of Alva, passed away on May 7, 2020. Born December 3, 1933, in Winsted, CT., he was the son of Stanley John Sr. and Elizabeth Kozlowski. As a member of the United States Air Force, Stanley proudly served his country during the Korean War. He later attended the University of Miami and earned a bachelor's degree from Knox College. Some of Stan's occupations included working at Xerox, Montgomery Ward and National Sales Manager at Linvar Marwin.

Stan was a member of River Hall Country Club where he enjoyed playing golf and cards with his friends and also attended Alva Methodist Church. Stanley enjoyed watching golf and college sports, especially his favorite team, UConn Huskies Women's Basketball. In his younger years, he raced cars in the SCCA Sports Car Club of America. He also enjoyed skiing and exercise.

Surviving are his loving wife Sara Kozlowski (nee Jacobson) of Alva, FL., daughters Adele Barerra of Hollywood, FL., Ashley Kozlowski of Fort Myers, FL., and Stephanie Diaz of Tampa, FL., sons Bart Kozlowski of Columbia, TN., and Scott Kozlowski of Rochester, NY., and sister Joyce Peginott of Cornwall, CT. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, Fort Myers, assisted with arrangements.
