Mr. Steve Safran, 74, a resident of Naples, passed into eternal life just after midnight Monday, January 9th, 2023 while in the care of Physicians Regional Medical Center, Naples  following a recent illness.

Born on Friday, August 27, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Steve Joseph and Leokaydya Tekla (Oboyski) Szafran.  He was educated in the Ohio schools.

Until his retirement, Mr. Safran was employed as a postal carrier with the United States Postal Service.

Left to cherish his memory are several cousins including Karen Szymanski of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; James Szymanski of Lake Mary, Florida.  Cousin and caregiver, Anthony Giordano of Belleville, New Jersey, along with his son Robert Giordano of Keyport, New Jersey; former co-workers and dear friends.

Per his previous request, services for Steve will be held privately and at the convenience of his family from the Naples location of Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, 7700 Trail Boulevard, Suite #100, Naples, Florida.  There will be no formal visitation.
