Steven A. Gaylord, 66, passed away peacefully June 13th, 2021, following his courageous battle with leukemia.

A longtime resident of Stow, Oh, he retired and moved to Cape Coral, FL in 2018. During his very busy talented lifetime, he enjoyed running, biking, fishing, woodworking, yardwork, traveling, but most importantly, spending time with his wife and family, the true loves of his life.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Gladys Gaylord, sister Sheryl; he is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Mary; daughters Jennifer (Kevin) Kramer of Stow, Julie Gaylord of Cape Coral; granddaughters Isabella and Aleia; his little buddy, constant companion and comforter, Graci, our yorkiepoo; numerous extended family and friends.

We will miss his kindness, compassion, patience, friendly caring nature, infectious smile, and sense of humor. We will remember these attributes, and many more, as well as his love and devotion to his wife and family, and his courage. He was an amazing man and will be missed and cherished by many!

Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A Celebration of Life gathering will take place in the Stow area later this fall.
