Steven M Isaacs Steven was born in Panama City FL and passed away at his home August 20, 2015. He was a retired decorated Police Sargeant and long-time resident of New Smyrna Beach. He is survived by Daughter Stephanie J Isaacs, granddaughter Natalie J Watson, long-time friend and companion Jill A Grove, mother Jeannie Faust-Isaacs and sister Kathie Isaacs-Doxie, many nieces and nephews.
