IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Susan Lee
Bohn
December 18, 1954 – December 21, 2023
Susan Lee Bohn (Sue) of Bonita Springs, Fl passed away at home on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
A "Celebration of Susan's Life" will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 19th at Artichoke and Company, 11920 Saradrienne Lane, Bonita Springs, FL.
Susan is survived by her husband of 44 years, Carey Bohn, her sons Eddie and Casey Bohn; grandchildren Wesley, Carter, Hunter and Evie; her brothers and sisters, Jeff, Steve, Vicki, Kim; nieces Katie, Brianna and Kelsey; nephews, Josh and Max, assorted cousins and stepfather, Iver Rude.
Susan was born December 18, 1954, in Hopkins, MN to Bruce and Marilyn (née Mead) MacQueen. Lake Minnetonka provided a bucolic backdrop for her childhood and teens, living the lake life with her two brothers and two sisters. Sue excelled in school and found interests in languages, literature, and the Arts. And numbers. She eventually would earn an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.
The "Arts" would continue to play a dominant role in Susan's life. She painted and made clothing and handbags. She hand-stitched Christmas stockings and costumes for her boys. And cook? Unbelievable and relentless! She wouldn't brag about it, but Sue never lost a Christmas Cookie Competition. Ever.
We love you and will miss you, Susan Lee Bohn. You touched us all. RIP Sweetheart.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Susan Bohn are suggested to the Shy Wolf Sanctuary https://shywolfsanctuary.org/.
Baldwin Brother's Naples, FL, is entrusted with final care.
