Susan Deborah Mills Grant-Bucher, (73), originally from Shelton, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 20th, 2023, after a battle with dementia. Susan was born in Derby, Connecticut and moved to Florida in 2002. She was an avid knitter, gardener, traveler, loved to color, and make crafts. She also loved dogs, and especially loved spending time with family and her favorite people in the world, her grandchildren.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents John & Dorothy Mills, and spouses Charles Bucher, James Grant, & George Kalakay.

She is survived by her son James Mills (Jessica) Grant, and daughter Lisa Kelley; her grandchildren Kalei Costello, Aislyn Kelley, Alissa (Kira) Arden, Kyle Kelley, Jr., Colt Kelley, & James Robert Grant; her sister Jackye Krebs, sister Beverly Brown, and brother John Mills; as well as many nieces and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 19th, 2023, in Ormond Beach, Florida.
