Susan M. Matherne (nee Krepel) a U. S. Army Veteran was born on May 6, 1958, in Great Lakes, Illinois and passed away on October 22, 2021, in Ocala, Florida.

She is preceded in death by her parents George H. and Jacqueline (nee Latzar) Krepel and brother David Krepel.

Susan is survived by her husband Lloyd Matherne Jr, sons Michael of Lebanon, Ohio and Daniel of Peoria, Illinois, a twin sister Sally Nay of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

She was a member of Merrill L. Simonds American Legion Post #130 in Palmer, Massachusetts.
