Obituary

Tamara Ann Kessler (Radziewicz), lovingly known to family and friends as "Tammy," 64, of Largo, FL. passed away on February 19, 2026. Formerly residing in Lowville, NY, Tammy was a graduate of Richfield Springs High School. She married her husband, Scott, on November 11, 2023, was Catholic in faith, and she was a member of the Lowville Fire Department Aux. from 1988 to 2019, as well as the American Legion Aux. since 2012. Before her time working as a home cleaner in Largo's Ranchero Village, Tammy spent 20 years as a cook at a prominent restaurant in Lowville, NY, known as Gary's. In her spare time, Tammy enjoyed having girls' night with her friends, playing cards and table-top games, visiting the beach, watching sunsets, and especially spending time with her beloved family. She had a knack for organization, making everyone she encountered smile, and generally being a social butterfly. Though she knew very little about sports herself, she always looked forward to football parties, as they were just another chance for her to socialize and get excited with others about their teams, ("Go Buffalo!"). She will be most remembered by her loved ones for the unique sound of her contagious laughter and for having the biggest, most loving heart.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Scott Kessler; her daughter, Jessica Allen (who she playfully nicknamed "Jessa Wheezy"); her grandchildren, Hunter Canfield, Makaylie Canfield, Lillie Vunk, Trinitie Barker, Kendra Allen, and Jordan Allen; her siblings, Chris Burgy, Terry Radziewicz, Sandy Radziewicz, and Robbie Radziewicz; and her parents, Leonard and Fran Radziewicz. She is predeceased by her son, Stephen Allen, who passed away in 2019.

A celebration of Tammy's life will take place from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Hacienda Clubhouse in Ranchero Village. A second celebration of her life will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Lowville Fire Department in Lowville, NY. Both events will have food available afterward for guests.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tammy's honor to Suncoast Hospice Mid Pinellas Care Center and/or the Fire Department Aux. Team in Lowville, NY.
