Ted Gabert, 87 years old, my loving husband, died peacefully in his sleep on the morning of July 8. 2022, while at Cates House Hospice facility.  His humor carried us through 50 years of marriage with our two children and granddaughter.  Ted worked hard all his life, carrying wet wash in his teens, joining the Navy for 4 years, putting himself through Syracuse University with the GI Bill and a master's degree at Pace University, becoming a financial analyst and tax professional.  He loved reading, baseball, making lists, and waterfalls.  I miss my best friend every day.
