Teri Louese Halm, Born March 3, 1961, age 64, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Hope Hospice House, on Diplomat Pkwy. She was in the presence of her sister.

Teri was born in Mount Ayr, Iowa, to Marvin and Lois (Lowenberg) Halm. Teri grew up in the North Fort Myers area. Teri graduated from North Fort Myers High School, she was in the pom-pom squad and National Honor Society. She graduated from Edison Community College with an Associate's degree. She was a proud employee of The News-Press for 26 years, working her way up from a Customer Service Representative to Advertising Sales Executive. She continued working for various newspapers afterwards, ending with The Daily Sun. She was well traveled, exploring over ten countries outside the US. She loved spending time with her family and spoiling her nieces and nephew. She enjoyed baking, spending time at the cabin in NC, and going to local events with friends. Teri was a member of St. Francis Catholic church, Guiding Light Community Church, and North Fort Myers Civic Association.

Teri loved with her whole heart and spent her days surrounded by the efforts of that love, being a part of many people's lives as well as an honorary family to many. Teri touched many lives with her bright, carefree disposition.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Lois (Lowenberg) Halm. Teri is deeply missed by her sisters: Susan Wilson and Stacey McInnis-Griffie, her brother: Mark Sheffler, her nephew: Christopher Wilson, and her nieces: Taylor and Allie Wilson, also many, many family and friends that will miss her greatly.
