Terry Dean Sullivan, 61, of Frankfort, Kentucky, passed away on January 19, 2017 in Ponce Inlet, Florida. He was born on April 22, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio to Norman L. Sullivan and Ruth (Crawford) Sullivan. Terry worked as a Lab Technician. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Sullivan; his brother, Michael Sullivan (Judy); his brother, Timothy Sullivan; his daughter, Rebecca Lee Sullivan-Clark; his daughter, Heather Francis; his son, Kevin Sullivan; and his daughter, Kelly Sullivan-McMullen. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Norman L. Sullivan. Arrangements are in the care and trust of the Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, Port Orange, Florida.
