BAZIUK, Thaddeus G. April 28, 2014 Mr. Baziuk was born in Germany, and became a U.S. Citizen at the age of 7. He was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, and husband. He was a retiree from Austenah Inc., Chicago, IL. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and camping with his family. He is survived by his wife; Debra Baziuk of FL, sons; Jeff & Bob Baziuk of IL, mother; Ameila Baziuk of IL, brother; Stanley Baziuk of NC, sister; Mary Ann of IL, sons; and grandson; Josh Baziuk of IL. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
