Resurrection Liturgy for The Reverend Barbara F Longacre, 63, Port Orange FL who died peacefully Wednesday, February 20, 2013 will be 1:00PM Friday, March 8 at St Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church 4220 Saxon Drive New Smyrna Beach FL 32169. Committal will be at Resurrection Garden at St Peter's Church. Barbara was born in Philadelphia, PA. She worked as a production manager for a steel mill. She and her husband Bill retired to Florida in 2002 from Dover Delaware. She was a volunteer firefighter with Norriton Fire Engine Company in East Norriton, PA and Women of the Moose Camden-Wyoming Lodge 203 in Delaware and the Daytona Beach Lodge. Barbara was ordained a Deacon in the Episcopal Church in 2011 and served at St Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church New Smyrna Beach FL. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 41 years Bill, sisters Carol and Jerry Blauth, Doris and David Warner, Nancy Widdamoyer and a brother Bob and Jane Fetterman.
