Hobell, Thelma Marie, 88, of Williston, FL passed away on February 10, 2021 at Estelle's House in Ocala, FL.

Thelma was born on January 5, 1933 in Virginia but lived mostly in the New York and Connecticut area. Thelma moved to the Morriston/ Williston area in 1976. Thelma was a member of First Baptist Church of Williston. She enjoyed reading her Bible. Her greatest memories are from her many church activities, including being a Sunday school teacher, being in the choir and teaching Vacation Bible School. Thelma also enjoyed expressing her artistic side by writing poetry, and coloring in one of her many books she kept.

Thelma is survived by her Daughters, Donna Hobell, of Waterbury, CT, Gay White, of Clinton, CT, Paula Caviasca, of Cannan, CT, and Paula Pickel (Kenny), of Williston, FL. She is also survived by nine Grandchildren, twenty Great- Grandchildren, and many Great- Great Grandchildren. Thelma is preceded in death by her Parents, Mack and Louise Persinger, as well as a Daughter, Linda Countermash.

Graveside services are being held on February 19, 2021 at 11am at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Morriston, FL. Funeral arrangements are being handled with Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation Society, 954 E. Silver Springs Blvd. Ocala, FL 34470.
