Thelma Louise Rose, 72, of Oak Hill died Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at her home with her family by her side.   Mrs. Rose is a native of the area being born on April 29, 1936 at Halifax Hospital.  She has always been a lover of nature and wildlife.  One of her favorite hobbies was fishing along the river, but Thelma's greatest gift was caring for others and her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest E.
