Thelma W. Turner, 92, formerly of Edgewater died peacefully Sunday, June 9, 2013 in Central City, KY.  Thelma was born November28, 1920 in Shenandoah Valley, VA. Thelma love God and was always faithful to her church.  She was a member of the Bella Vista Baptist Church, a Deaconess within the Baptist ministry, taught bible study groups, and was a Sunday school teacher for many years.  Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, W. Ray Turner.  She is survived by her caregivers, Betty and Dan and step-daughter, Wendy Alcott.  A visitation will be held 10-11AM, Monday, June 17, 2013 at the Bella Vista Baptist Church, Edgewater.  Services will follow immediately at 11AM.  Entombment will be held at Edgewater-New Smyrna Mausoleum.
