Theodore "Ted" Welp 91, died peacefully in his sleep at home, on November 7, 2020 with his wife by his side.

Ted was raised in Iowa. He attended University at Iowa. After serving in the Army and school, work took him to Washington DC.

Ted is survived by his wife, Tuva (TK);  his children, Bob, Steve, Brian and Karen; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

There will be no service.
