Theresa Catherine Solem, 55 of Brooksville, Florida passed away May 2, 2016 in her home peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Camden, NJ and had resided in the Brooksville area since 2003. She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey B. Solem of 34 years; daughters, Nina and Erin Solem of Brooksville, FL; siblings, Peg Bianco of Voorhes, NJ, Carole Snuka of Atco, NJ, Charles Jennings of Shamong, NJ, Judy Engwall of Deptford, NJ, Janie Arechavala of Bellmawr, NJ, Mary Kocinski of Wenonah, NJ, Thomas Jennings of Blenheim, NJ and Michael Jennings of Barrington, NJ; grandchildren Carter, Kyle and Kaitlynn and her dogs Jack and Jill. Theresa  is predeceased by her parents, Charles Edward and Margaret Mary Jennings,  and her brother and sister John and Eileen Jennings. She worked as a groundskeeper for a country club, and enjoyed making everything look beautiful. Theresa also worked for the Forest Service as a fire fighter, and was a Veterinarian technician for a short time. Theresa is Catholic by faith, and her faith never subsided during her journey. Theresa was a devoted wife  and mother, and had a special love for her grandchildren. Theresa was vibrant, and had a love for life that simply cannot be described. She could light up an entire room with her smile, and sense of humor. She made a special impact on every life she touched, and will greatly be missed. Visitation will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church  at 20428 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, Fl. 34601 on Friday May  6, 2016 from 10-11AM.  A Funeral Mass will follow at 11AM.
