Obituary

Thomas Anthony Farley, lovingly known as Tommy or Jersey, passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 32. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on August 24, 1992. Tommy made his mark wherever he lived—whether in Florida, Georgia, or his beloved New Jersey—but he most recently called Fort Myers, Florida, home.

Tommy was the kind of person who lived life out loud. He was bold, passionate, and deeply loyal. A natural athlete. He had a love for all sports and especially excelled at football. His competitive spirit made him a fierce opponent on the field and a fun, energetic presence off of it. Whatever the sport, if Tommy played it—he played to win.

He wore his heart on his sleeve and never shied away from speaking his truth. Headstrong and fiercely protective, Tommy was always the first to stand up for those he loved. His strength, honesty, and loyalty will be remembered by all who knew him.

Tommy was a proud Christian and believed deeply in Jesus Christ. That faith was a part of who he was—guiding his heart and shaping his sense of right and wrong.

He is survived by his loving mother, Pamela Farley, and his father, Thomas Cheatham, Johnnie Jackson, and Jerry Moorman. His siblings, To'Nae Farley, Tahmyra Cheatham, Jared Farley, Tahshaun Townes Cheatham, and the late Nah'daria Townes Cheatham. His cherished son, Damon Alicea. His firstborn niece, Sadie Blu Crowe. His dearest little girl, Giavanna Castoire. His grandparents, Nancy Perno(Charles), Dave Farley(Pamela), and Danny LeClaire(Laraine), as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.

Tommy was preceded in death by his late great-great-grandmother Fannie, his great-grandparents Nancy and Albert Perno, grandparents Wilbur Boyd and Frances Cheatham, and his uncle Philly—all of whom he now joins in eternal rest.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Tommy's life will be held on July 19, 2025, at the Baldwin Brothers, 4320 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913. From 12:00 – 1:00 PM will be a visitation hour. From 1:00 – 2:00 PM will be an honored recap of Tommy's life with the Priest.

He will be remembered for his strength, his heart, and the deep love he had for his family and friends. Tommy's presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
