Thomas "Sammy" Johns, 78 passed away Sunday, September 23,2018. Sammy as he was known to everyone was born on September 26,1939 in Port Orange, Fl. To Tom and Kathleen Johns. Sammy loved to hunt and fish. He was a lifelong member of Lighter Knots Hunt Club. He was also a member of the Bimini One Hunting Club and Rock Island Law Camp. He was a mechanic by trade and evidently a good one as his son Scotty and grandson Bailey has followed in his footsteps.  He was predeceased by his parents Tom and Kathleen, brothers Chris, Joey and Charlie Johns.  Survivors include his wife Shirley of 56 years(Holly Hill), son Scott(Kimberly) and grandson Bailey(Samsula), two sisters Sandra Maccaro(Daytona Beach) and Darlene Flowers(Gary)Daytona Beach.
