Thomas J. Lyons, 82, of Ft. Myers, FL passed away on February 6, 2018 at the Gulf Coast Medical Center. He was born on June 26, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to the late John W. and Ida (Wilkins) Lyons. Thomas was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving during WWII. He was an Insurance Agent for State Farm Insurance, retiring after 26 years. He loved animals, art, and antiques, was a history buff and an avid Chicago Bears fan. Thomas is survived by his daughter, Shannon Jacobs (Lieryn); his son, Patrick Klein; his daughter, Lori McClure (William); his daughter, Robin Christerson; his 5 grandchildren, Riley Caputo, Chance Caputo, Presley Jacobs, Anna Christerson Mladucky (Luke), and Grace Christerson Kolkau (Gary); his daughter-in-law, Josephine Lyons; and his cat, Winston. Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Charleen Lyons, and his son John Lyons. Arrangements are under the care and trust of Affordable Cremations by Baldwin Brothers, Ft. Myers, FL.
