Obituary
Thomas Dean Outlan, 62, of New Smyrna Beach Florida, passed away on April 30, 2024. Thomas was known for his warm personality, great sense of humor, and loving heart. He found joy in living in New Smyrna Beach, capturing the beauty of sunsets, birds, and dolphins through his photography.
He is survived by his wife, Marian Outlan; daughters, Kirsti and Katie; brothers, Johnny, Chux, and James; stepdaughter, Stacy; and grandchildren, Amy, Rider, Jacob, and Jackson.
Thomas will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
