Overman, Thomas Morgan (Tom), of Orlando, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 21st, 2017.

Visitation for Orlando family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 27th, 2017 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the home of Tom and Susan Overman. A Celebration of his Life will held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Riverhills Church of God, 6310 East Sligh Ave., Tampa, Florida from1:00 to 4:00 pm.

Thomas was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina on February 16th, 1936. Thomas was married to Susan on October 10th, 1959; they were married fifty-seven years.

Tom worked as a paint contractor, and sole owner as, T&O Painting for 25 years. After moving to Orlando, Tom went into business with his Son doing irrigation, as T&O Irrigation. He enjoyed watching the Braves and was a season ticket holder of Tampa Bay Buccaneers. His recent joy was riding his scooter in the neighborhood talking with everyone. He was also actively involved and attended River Run Church in Orlando, Florida and Riverhills Church of God in Tampa, Florida.

Thomas is survived by his spouse, Susan Overman, his children, Julie Overman, Jennifer Overman-Law, Tom Overman. Grandchildren, Donnie Law, Casey Law and Morgan Overman. Great-Grandchildren, Reilly and Alyssa Law. Sisters, Christine Hollowell, Betty McCarthy, Ethyl Englehardt and Patricia Denham, and other family and friends.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Audrey Overman and sisters, Audrey Overman and Lucille Dawson.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Cornerstone Hospice Organization. The family of Thomas Morgan Overman wishes to thank Dr. Jorro and the wonderful organization of Hospice.
