Thomas Richater, 64, of Cape Coral, FL passed away on September 14, 2019.  He was a native of Sandusky, OH and reitred from General Motors.

Survivors include 2 sons- KEvin Richter of Clyde, OH and Gregory Richter of Attica, OH; daughter Brittany Toops of Bradenton, FL ; father Ralph Richter of Castalia, OH; sister Bonnie Bolyand, of Ft. Clinton, OH.
