Tom was born in Orlando FLorida. He was a lifelong resident of Port Orange until he moved to New Smyrna Beach with family this year. He was an auto mechanic by trade  and could repair just about anything. He enjoyed fishing, refinishing furniture and his family. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Doris Skinner, siblings Particia and Charles Conway, Ray  and his wife, Rhonda Skinner, nieces and nephews Theresa Ann Drum, Anthony David Keenan, Timothy Alan Keenan, William Todd Keenan, Charles B Conway, Jr, and great nieces and nephews JD, Christopher, Brett, Amber, Rhiannon, Morgan and Emily. He was preceded in death by his father H T Skinner. Private family services will be held at their convenience.
