Tom passed away on April 9th after an extended hospitalization with multiple medical complications. He was 77 years old. He leaves this earthly world to his wife Rita Tibbetts, daughters Kelli and Stacey Walbourn, brother and sister-in-law Ted and Joan Walbourn, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Steve and Joyce Tibbetts, niece Leah (Jon) Warner, nephews Jason (Kristin) Walbourn, Mark (Christine), Greg (Karen), and Randy (Liz) Tibbetts.

Former Xerox employee and small business owner, Tom was retired for over 15 years. He spent summers in Rochester, NY and winters in Fort Myers, FL. He was a longtime member of the Williamson Flying Club.  In recent years, he spent his time visiting with his buddies at Fishbones and Pasta Villa.  He was a well known neighbor at Admiralty Yacht Club and Bay Village Condominiums.
