Anthony 'Tony' Clyde Rosile, 70, a proud veteran, passed away January 7, 2024. The son of the late Nicholas and Mary Lou Rosile, Tony grew up in Trumbull County, Ohio alongside his siblings Douglas (Eileen) Rosile, Laura Minydzak, and Nicholas Rosile Jr. He was born January 31, 1953 and attended John F. Kennedy High School in Warren, Ohio.
Upon graduating, Tony enlisted in the Army. He served in the 1 st Infantry Division stationed in Germany. He was recognized as a sharpshooter and awarded the National Defense Service Medal.
Tony is survived by his children Anthony 'Ryan' Rosile and Tricia (Ben) Richter; two grandchildren; siblings; and his devoted and loving partner of more than 15 years Virginia 'Ginny' Long. He will be remembered for his patriotism, eagerness to man a grill while watching NASCAR or golf, and love of fishing.
A military service honoring Tony will be held January 31 st at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida at 2:00pm with military honors by the US Army and the Marion County Honor Guard.
