Tracy "Tac" Cullifer died unexpectedly on November 28, 2023, in Orlando, Florida surrounded by his family. He was 58 years old. Tracy graduated from Colonial High School in Orlando in 1983.

Tracy "Tac" is survived by his wife, Ginnie Cullifer, his children, Chase and Cayla Cullifer of Titusville, Florida, his mother, Norma Jean Cullifer and sister Kathy Cullifer of Deland, Florida. Tracy is preceded in death by his father, Grover Ray Cullifer of Deland, Florida.

Tracy "Tac" was born on October 12, 1965, in Jacksonville, Florida. He married Ginni May Cullifer in 1990 in Orlando, Florida. Tracy "Tac" first joined Orlando Utilities Commission in 1987 at the Stanton Energy Center in Orlando, Florida. In 1992 Tracy and Ginni moved to Titusville, Florida so Tracy could work at the Indian River Plant for Orlando Utilities. Tracy began working for Reliant Energy, who purchased Orlando Utilities in 2000, and worked with them until 2012. Orlando Utilities bought the plant back in 2012 and Tracy went back to work with them.

In Tracy's spare time, he loved to spend time at his parent's property on Alexander Springs to fish and hunt. He also loved to spend time with his friends and coworkers playing golf. He loved spending time with his family, going out to dinner, and listening to music with his wife and close friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Tracy on December 17, 2023, from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Fox Lake Park in Titusville Florida.
