Tracy was born in Pontiac, MI.  He moved to Florida in his 20s.  He met his beloved wife of 35 years.  We moved to the east coast as his health had left him unable to work.  He became a fishing man which was a great therapy for him.  He is survived by wife Carol-Ann, Son Tracy P. Jr., and many other family and friends.  Honey keep the light on for me.  Love always.
