Tyler Michael Slade-Welker 22 of Titusville has passed away on Thursday July 1st 2021. He was born July 14th 1998 in Orlando Florida.  He was preceded in death by his father Michael Welker II. Tyler is survived by his loving Mother Tina Slade, four sisters Jacqueline Jacoby, Ashley Slade-Welker, Megan Slade-Welker, Teagan Slade-Adams, brother Anthony Jacoby, nephews Carson Slade-Hood, Jackson Weitzel, step sister Ariel Adams, aunt Brandi Slade, cousins, Sidney, Angelina Slade, Caleb Slade, Grandparents Barbara and Wesley Slade. Life long friends Terry Ward, Meagan Hanon, and other numerous friends.

Tyler worked at Playalinda Brewing Company Brix Project  as a cook for three years. He loved to cook and come up with new food ideas.. He liked to listen to music, go to concerts, hang out with friends and family and go target shooting. He was very creative and could fix almost anything, he liked to work on cars. Tyler was kind, loving, intelligent, and had a great sense of humor. He always put everyone before himself, and was very protective of his family and friends. He didn't let the world mold him, he stayed himself. He will be severely missed by his family and friends and all the lives he has touched.
