Vernon F. Riggins, 91, of Fort Myers, passed away September 11, 2021, at Brookdale Senior Living, in Fort Myers, FL. Born August 24, 1930 in Millville, NJ., he was the son of Frank Riggins Sr. and Anna May Hatcher. Vernon will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Sandra A. Riggins, at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, FL. He is survived by his children, Linda Christen, Arthur Riggins, Peggy Riggins, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
