Obituary

Victor Blasucci, 82, son of Michael and Esther( DiFeo)Blasucci formerly of Naples, FL and Jersey City, NJ passed away to be with The Lord the evening of Thursday, February 25, 2021 at his home in The Villages, FL He is survived by his wife of 58 years Kitty, three sons Michael (Cyndi), Victor (Allyson), and Joseph (Dianne); Grandchildren Deanna, Michael, Victor and Sofia, Skyler, Victor and Richie, Brittany and Vincent and seven great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers Michael (Julie) and Joseph (Della) who reside in New Jersey and his sister-in-law Diana (Phillip) who was loved by him like a sister.

After proudly serving in the USMC, he attended Arizona University, Concord University WV and then earned his Masters Degree at Trenton College, NJ. Most all of his life was teaching, coaching, challenging and guiding his own children, his students and athletes to achieve places in life when they did not even dream it to be possible. He coached Football, Wrestling , 6 time Coach of the Year in Boy's track, Cross country running and Girl's Golf. He was loved by all his family and friends. He was a man of very diverse talents. He acted and starred in College Plays, such as View from the Bridge, and Billy Budd. And he also was a contractor in Naples, FL for several years.

Finally in 2008,he and Kitty retired here in The Villages with all our very many wonderful friends and neighbors. He loved to be with his family and go to church. He played and coached softball and shuffleboard in The Villages, played cards and loved to tell stories over and over again. Heh will be missed greatly. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date when family and friends will be able to travel from the North. Victor's family placed his ashes at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, a fitting final resting place for a proud Marine.
