Victor Joseph Messina, 82, passed away peacefully at his home on November 30th in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Vic was born February 19th, 1942, in Hackensack, New Jersey, to Edward and Rita Messina. He was the middle child of five sons. He married his loving wife Alaine, in 1963 and has been a pillar of the New Smyrna Beach community since 1978. For over 45 years, Vic designed and manufactured artisan kitchens and custom furniture. Every Wednesday and Saturday he could be found on the golf course surrounded by his best friends, and every Sunday with his family on the boat. He never met a stranger as he welcomed everybody with open arms and a big hug.

His lifetime pride and joy, alongside his wife Alaine, were his two children, Stephen and Christina, and his two grandchildren, Connor and Summer. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Alaine, daughter Christina Messina-Harris, daughter-in-law Elizabeth Rhodes, and grandchildren Connor Harris and Summer Harris.

Vic was predeceased by his four brothers, Edward Jr., William, Richard, Peter, as well as his son Stephen.
