Victor Russell Adam passed away on July 9, 2026.

Victor was the husband of Beverly Adam, who preceded him in death in July 2007. He was the son of George and Irene Adam.

He was also preceded by, his siblings Carolyn Schwanland and Ronnie Adam.

Victor proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps for four years. Following his military service, he and his wife worked for the CIA. He later served as a security guard for the U.S. Embassy in Saigon and the Australian Embassy.

Victor is survived by his nephew, Eric Schwan, of Indiana, and by his nieces Shelly Husie and her husband, Toby, of Michigan; Cheryl Hunt of Michigan; and Shelly Whartan and her husband, Brad Hocking.

He is also survived by his companion, Susan Cummings, as well as many dear friends whose lives were touched by his kindness and friendship. Victor shared a special friendship with Hubert and Denise Cannings and their family.

Victor will be remembered for his dedication to his country, his loyalty to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
