Victoria Majken Carrillo died peacefully on the morning of October 7, 2023, in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She died of complications from cancer. Victoria was born on Staten Island, New York on December 15, 1947, to Kelly and Majken Stenquist. She was born in New York City, spent her childhood in Louisville Kentucky, went to college in Kansas, and spent her adult life in Naples Florida. She married Jose Carrillo in 1974, and together they raised a strong son, Eric, and helped support the three children from Jose's first marriage.

Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jose, and her younger sister Eileen. She is survived by her son Eric, grandchildren Trinity, Mia, Remi, and Gabriel, her stepchildren Pito, Annie, Jorge and their spouses and children, her brother and sister-in-law Brian and Nancy, her nieces Greta, Heidi, Asha, and Jaya and their husbands and children.

Victoria was a kind, affectionate, and loving person. She will be remembered fondly, and her bright, easy laugh will be celebrated.
