Vinton Arthur Vesta, 95, of Port Orange, Florida passed away on September 2, 2016 at his residence. He was born on July 5, 1921 in Creston, Illinois to the late Oliver and Lillian (White) Vesta. Vinton was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and he worked in sales in the hotel industry. Vinton enjoyed fishing, politics, and gardening, and he loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his loving spouse of 70 years, Arlene Vesta of Port Orange, Florida; his son, Vinton (Bud) Vesta (Saeri Imura) of Hopkins, Minnesota; his daughter, Christine Vesta of South Daytona, Florida; his son Jeff Vesta (Peggy) of Spooner, Wisconsin; his son, Norman Vesta (Jane) of Port Orange, Florida; his 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Vinton was preceded in death by his two sisters, Mary Gillis and Judy Horter. There is no funeral service planned. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
