Violeta Mercedes Pelaez, 88, of Apopka passed away at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her children; Humberto Abel Pelaez and his wife Guilda,  Maria Elena Vigil and her husband Cesar E. Vigil, and Maria Teresa Wade and her husband William. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Victor Pelaez in March of this year. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017,  from 4 to 6 P.M. at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, Apopka Florida 32703.
