Virginia Cherapan, 86 ,of Mims, passed away on December 14th, 5:31, at Holmes

Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Fl.

She is survived by brothers: Arthur and Irving Brown, and sister: Edna Hadzimichalis, sons Alan and Vincent, grandchildren: Cameron, Christian and Morgan, Catie, Michele and great grandchildren: Emma and Kinsley. She is pre-deceased by husband: Michael Cherapan II, son: Michael Cherapan III, brothers: Harold, Marvin, Norman, and Kenny Brown, and sister: Lillian Haasz.

Virginia was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey to William and Louise Brown. She was the youngest of nine. In her early life, she was employed by Westinghouse as a line worker, where she met her future husband, Michael. In late 1970, they moved to Florida and purchased a bar in Fort Lauderdale, which they owned for almost 30 years. After her husbands passing, she moved to central Florida, to be near family and semi retire working part-time at Walmart.

She is loved and will be missed by all including family, extended family ,and friends and co-workers.

Last rites were given by Father Octavio from "Our Lady of Lourdes", Melbourne, FL.

She will be cremated and ashes scattered at sea. There will be no service. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, send donations to the heart center at Holmes Regional Medical Center or the American Heart association. Due to the care she was given, she passed peacefully.
