Virginia (Ginny) Rae Ryan, 85; of The Villages, FL passed away peacefully on February 10, 2025.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Edward (Ed) Ryan; children Vicki (Fred) Keeney, Bob (Wendy) Minotti, Dave (Mary) Minotti and Todd (Veronica) Minotti; grandchildren Kyle (Ellen) Keeney, Ashley Keeney, Michelle (Anthony) Milazzo, Amy (Alex) Kauth, Jennifer (TJ) Laberta, Bobby Minotti, Kristin (Brandon) Welch, Michael Minotti, Katherine Minotti, and Julia Minotti; along with seven great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by parents Geraldine and Robert Montgomery; and grandchildren Joey Minotti and Mark Minotti.

Ginny was born and raised in the Elmira, NY area.  She moved to Central Florida in 1981 and has been a resident of The Villages since 2004.

Her family meant everything to her. She looked forward to the many visits from her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Everyone who knew her will remember her kindness and great sense of humor.

The family would like to thank the many caregivers at UF Health Spanish Plains Hospital whose caring support gave comfort and peace to Ginny and her family.

A Celebration of Life luncheon will be held at the American Legion Post 347 , Lady Lake, FL on Sunday April 13 at 1:00 PM.
